Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service apply when you visit zeeshanejaz.com, contact me about a project, use a product page, purchase a digital product, subscribe to software, or use any service provided by Muhammad Zeeshan Ejaz.

Products may include WordPress plugins, WordPress themes, future ZEJ software products, downloadable software, documentation, support, and related services.

Accounts and access

Some products may require an account, license key, subscription, or customer portal access. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Access may be suspended or terminated if a product is used for abuse, spam, fraud, unlawful activity, security attacks, or activity that creates risk for the product, customers, payment processors, or hosting providers.

Payments, subscriptions, and renewals

Paid products may be sold as one-time purchases, monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, lifetime licenses, or custom service agreements. The product page and checkout will state the billing model before payment.

Subscription products auto-renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals, but access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Payments for self-serve software products are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for checkout, payment processing, invoicing, tax calculation, and tax collection where applicable. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on zeeshanejaz.com.

Digital delivery

Plugins, themes, licenses, downloads, SaaS access, documentation, and account links are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

If a delivery email, license key, download, or account link does not arrive, contact support at hello@zeeshanejaz.com with your purchase email and order ID if available.

Licenses for plugins, themes, and software

WordPress plugins distributed through WordPress.org are licensed under GPL-compatible terms as stated in the plugin files. Paid add-ons, themes, and SaaS features may include license keys, update access, support access, and usage limits described on the product page.

A license gives you the right to use the product under the stated terms. It does not transfer ownership of the product, source code, brand, product name, documentation, or underlying intellectual property unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not use ZEJ products, websites, plugins, themes, software, or services for spam, illegal outreach, phishing, malware, harassment, adult or prohibited content, deceptive marketing, intellectual-property infringement, data scraping that violates law or platform terms, or any activity prohibited by payment processors or applicable law.

For CRM, forms, email, and lead-management tools, you are responsible for having lawful permission to store, contact, import, or process the people and businesses in your database.

Support and custom work

Support covers reasonable help with product installation, configuration, bugs, and documented features. Support does not include custom development, custom integrations, migration work, business consulting, emergency recovery, or changes to third-party systems unless agreed separately.

Custom websites, portals, automation, and consulting work are governed by the proposal, invoice, contract, or written agreement for that project.

Availability and changes

I try to keep products and services reliable, but no software or website can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every third-party environment, or permanently available.

Products, pricing, features, documentation, and terms may change over time. Existing paid subscriptions are handled according to the billing terms active when the subscription was created unless a change is required for security, compliance, or legal reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, products and services are provided without warranties beyond what is expressly stated. I am not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, search ranking changes, email deliverability outcomes, or third-party platform issues.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
