Send the product name, website URL, WordPress version if relevant, PHP version if relevant, screenshots, exact error messages, and the steps needed to reproduce the issue.

For billing questions, include the purchase email and order ID if available. Do not send card numbers or sensitive payment details.

What support does not include

Standard product support does not include custom development, custom integrations, third-party plugin debugging, server administration, emergency recovery, or business consulting unless agreed separately.
