Who is responsible for the data

Muhammad Zeeshan Ejaz is responsible for data collected through zeeshanejaz.com, support requests, product enquiries, customer communications, and direct business records.

If you use ZEJ Forms or another ZEJ product to collect or store your own customer data, you are responsible for the lawful collection and use of that data inside your own account, website, or WordPress installation.

Data I collect

I may collect your name, email address, company name, website URL, message content, support requests, product interest, billing status, license information, and technical details needed to provide products or services.

If you use a ZEJ software product to manage customers, leads, projects, or communication data, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to add and process that data.

Payments and billing

Self-serve software payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy may collect billing details, tax information, payment method details, invoices, and transaction records.

I do not store full card numbers or card security codes on zeeshanejaz.com. Payment data is handled by the checkout provider and its payment infrastructure.

How data is used

Data is used to respond to enquiries, provide support, deliver products, manage licenses or subscriptions, improve products, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and payment-processing requirements.
