Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how refunds, subscription cancellations, renewals, one-time purchases, and custom-service cancellations work.

Payment processor
Self-serve software purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for checkout, tax calculation, payment processing, invoices, and refund processing.
If a product is sold through a different marketplace, such as WordPress.org or another platform, that platform may have its own billing, refund, or support process.
Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly software subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal link in your purchase email or by contacting support at hello@zeeshanejaz.com.
After cancellation, the subscription stays active until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically create a prorated refund for unused time.
Refund window for software
For paid software, plugin add-ons, themes, and SaaS subscriptions purchased directly from me, you may request a refund within 14 days of the first purchase if the product does not work as described and support cannot resolve the issue.
Duplicate payments, accidental duplicate purchases, or clear billing mistakes can be refunded after review.
Renewals and unused time
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the renewal period has started. If you believe a renewal was accidental, contact support quickly and I will review it fairly.
Unused subscription time after cancellation is not normally refunded unless required by law or specifically agreed in writing.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind after meaningful use, unsupported third-party environments, conflicts caused by custom code or third-party plugins, failure to cancel before renewal, account misuse, violation of the Terms of Service, or custom work already performed.
Digital products are delivered immediately, so refund requests are reviewed against the product description, support history, and the technical issue reported.
Custom services
Custom web development, consulting, implementation, maintenance, and design work follow the refund, milestone, deposit, and cancellation terms in the proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
Deposits and completed milestones are normally non-refundable once work has started unless the written agreement says otherwise.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email hello@zeeshanejaz.com with your name, purchase email, product name, order ID if available, and a clear explanation of the issue or cancellation request.
For subscription cancellations, use the Lemon Squeezy customer portal where possible so the cancellation is recorded immediately.
