This is a working project-intake demo built with ZEJ Forms. It shows how a service business can qualify enquiries before a call: the form collects contact details, changes the follow-up questions based on the project type, supports file upload when needed, stores the submission in WordPress, and sends the configured notification emails.
What this demo is doing
- Step 1 captures the basic contact and website context.
- Step 2 changes follow-up questions based on the selected project type.
- Step 3 collects the final brief, optional launch date, upload, consent, and stores the entry in WordPress.

Yes. The core plugin is free and designed to be useful without a paid gate. Pro will be a separate add-on plugin later.
Where does form data go?
Submissions stay on your own WordPress site when storage is enabled. They are not routed through ZEJ servers.
Does ZEJ Forms guarantee email delivery?
No form plugin can honestly guarantee inbox placement. ZEJ Forms supports guided setup, test sending, and deliverability checks so your mail flow can be configured properly.
Will there be a Pro version?
Yes, but as a separate add-on plugin later. Until it exists, Pro features are marked as coming soon.
Can I style it?
Yes. It ships with clean defaults and stable class names so themes can make forms feel native.
